What is the Conference Passport?
In keeping with PRIM&R’s “greener meetings” initiative, we are making conference materials available through our online Conference Passport.
The Conference Passport includes session handouts*; links to the program; attendee list and faculty list; keynote and plenary biographies; venue information; and information about PRIM&R. Audiovisual components, including audio/video and slides will be available for select presentations in early January.
Your individual passport access key was emailed to you on November 10. If you are unable to locate it, please call the PRIM&R office at 617.423.4112 ext. 0.
Materials* are now available for your use and reference on the Conference Passport. Here’s how to access them:
- Open your internet browser.
- Go to the Passport System.
- Enter your access key and select “Login."
- Click on the 2011 National Harbor stamp.
- Use the left-hand navigation titled “Sessions” and use one of the available search options to locate a specific session.
- If materials are available for that session*, a button will be visible for each resource. Click on the appropriate button to access the corresponding resource.
- Download the materials to your computer for personal use.
Please note: when you enter the PRIM&R Conference Passport, you will see a “stamp” representing each PRIM&R conference for which content is available. At this time, only content from conferences held in 2011 is available, but we plan to add conferences prior to 2011 in the near future. If you attended our 2011 Social, Behavioral, and Educational Research (SBER) or 2011 Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) Conferences, you will be able to access the materials for these conferences immediately. If you did not attend, but would like to access the content and resources from these conferences, simply select the stamp to purchase material.

*Session materials are provided at the discretion of session faculty. As a result, not all sessions have materials.
