Registration for the 2008 Advancing Ethical Research Conference has closed.

Payment

Payment is required in full prior to the conference.

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Purchase Orders are accepted during online registration. Payment inquires may be directed to 617.423.4112, ext. 0.
• Purchase Orders (POs) are accepted during online registration.  In order to complete registration, however, the PO must be sent via fax to 617.423.1185 (ATTN: Accounts Payable) or via mail to PRIM&R's payment address.  Please note that a copy of the PO must be received by November 10, 2008 in order for your registration to be finalized.  If your PO is not received by that date, your registration will be canceled.  Also, once your registration has been completed, you are responsible for requesting the payment indicated on the PO from the appropriate department at your institution.
• Checks are accepted using a downloadable registration form. Please note that your registration cannot be processed until the check is received at our payment address.  Note: Payments requiring signature upon delivery cannot be sent to our PO Box.  If you need a signature upon receipt of payment, please send your registration materials to 126 Brookline Avenue, Suite 202, Boston MA 02215.
• Wire Transactions and ACH Transfers are accepted using a downloadable registration form. If your institution is making payment via Wire or ACH Transfer, the beneficiary field of the instructions must include either the Name(s) or Registration ID number(s) of the registrant(s) for whom the Wire or ACH Transfer is paying, in order to be properly credited. Please fax a confirmation of this transaction, along with your registration form, to 617.423.1185 (ATTN: Accounts Payable). Note that your registration cannot be processed until proof of payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Once you register for the 2008 Advancing Ethical Research Conference, you are responsible for all fees (regardless of whether or not you attend) unless you cancel according to the following policy:

• Cancellations must be made by returning the completed Cancellation Form by 5:00 PM ET on November 7, 2008 to PRIM&R via fax or mail.  Cancellations should be sent to the attention of Registration (fax: 617.423.1185). The cancellation is completed once you receive a confirmation from PRIM&R.
• All refunds will be issued via check, minus a $75 processing fee. Refunds will be issued within 60 days of the conference’s conclusion. No refunds will be made via credit card. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 5:00 PM ET on November 7, 2008. Those registrants who do not attend the conference and do not contact the PRIM&R office in writing in advance of November 7, 2008 to cancel their participation are responsible in full for their registration fees.
• You must agree to this policy as part of the registration process. This policy applies even if an assistant or co-worker registers you for the 2008 Advancing Ethical Research Conference.
• Please note that refunds will not be issued for PRIM&R membership dues. Registrants joining PRIM&R during registration will continue to keep their memberships for a one year term even if they cancel according to the terms detailed in the cancellation policy.

Substitution Policy

• Substitutions may be made for no fee by returning the completed Substitution Form by 5:00 PM ET on November 7, 2008 to PRIM&R. However, please note the $75 processing fee will be assessed should a substitution result in the cancellation of an associated registration.
• Fax or mail is acceptable, but the Substitution Form must be received by the PRIM&R office by November 7, 2008. Substitutions must be sent to the attention of Registration.
• Once the substitution of your conference registration is complete, a confirmation number will be sent from PRIM&R. Please keep this number for your records.
• You must agree to this policy as part of the registration process. This policy applies even if an assistant or co-worker registers you for the 2008 Advancing Ethical Research Conference.
