Registration for the 2009 IACUC Conference has closed.

Payment

  • Payment is required in full prior to the program.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have registered for the 2009 IACUC Conference, you are responsible for all fees (regardless of whether or not you attend) unless you cancel according to the following policy:

  • Cancellations must be made by returning the completed cancellation form by 5:00 PM ET on March 13, 2009 to PRIM&R via fax or mail.  Cancellations should be sent to the attention of Registration (fax: 617.423.1185). The cancellation is completed once you receive a confirmation from PRIM&R.
  • All refunds will be issued via check, minus a $75 processing fee. Refunds will be issued within 60 days of the conference’s conclusion. No refunds will be made via credit card. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 5:00 PM ET on March 13, 2009. Those registrants who do not attend the conference and do not contact the PRIM&R office in writing in advance of March 13, 2009 to cancel their participation are responsible in full for their registration fees.
  • You must agree to this policy as part of the registration process. This policy applies even if an assistant or co-worker registers you for the 2009 IACUC Conference.
  • Please note that refunds will not be issued for PRIM&R membership dues. Registrants joining PRIM&R during registration will continue to keep their memberships for a one year term even if they cancel according to the terms detailed in the cancellation policy.

Substitution Policy

  • Substitutions may be made for no fee by returning the completed substitution form by 5:00 PM ET on March 20, 2009 to PRIM&R.
  • Fax or mail is acceptable, but the substitution form must be received by the PRIM&R office by March 20, 2009. Substitutions must be sent to the attention of Registration (fax or mail).
  • Once the substitution of your conference registration is complete, a confirmation number will be sent from PRIM&R. Please keep this number for your records. Substitutions may be made until 5:00 PM ET on March 20, 2009 at no cost. However, please note the $75 processing fee will be assessed should a substitution result in the cancellation of an associated registration. You must agree to this policy as part of the registration process. This policy applies even if an assistant or co-worker registers you for the 2009 IACUC Conference.
