Certificates of Attendance
 
Certificates of Attendance for the 2009 IACUC Conference will be distributed during the event. Such certificates are useful for obtaining Continuing Education Credits (not Continuing Medical Education Credit) from professional associations. Note that guidelines around Continuing Education Credits may differ, and you should consult the appropriate professional association representative for further guidance.

If you need a certificate of attendance for the AAALAC International Conference on Quality Animal Care, send an e-mail with your name and mailing address to accredit@aaalac.org and indicate that you would like to receive a certificate of attendance.

If you would like to receive a Certificate of Attendance for a previous PRIM&R conference, please contact us with the following information:

• Full name
• E-mail address
• Conference name and date(s)
• Dates and hours of attendance

Certificates will be delivered via e-mail approximately three weeks after receipt of request.
