Location & Accommodations
The 2013 AER Conference will take place at the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center located in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston, MA, PRIM&R's hometown.
Please note the Hynes Convention Center is a larger conference venue. The Hynes Convention Center is a wheelchair-accessible facility, and meets ADA standards. See a map of the convention center layout here. The Sheraton and Marriott hotels are connected to the Center via indoor walkways and sky bridge, and the Hilton is located across the street from the Center, but not connected. The conference hotels are a 5-8 minute walk from the Convention Center. See a map of the hotels and convention center here.

To receive the discounted conference rate of $205 per night plus tax, please ask for a room in the “PRIM&R 2013 AER Conference Room Block.” Please note: The night of November 9 is sold out for the discounted conference rate. Attendees may book a room for that night at a higher rate by calling the hotel directly; you will not be able to reserve online.
If you require a government rate room ($170 per night), please call the aforementioned number and ask for a government room within our conference block. You may also make a reservation online.
Please note that you must book your reservation before October 7, 2013 to be guaranteed the conference rate.
