What is the Conference Passport?
In keeping with PRIM&R’s green initiative, we are making materials for the 2012 AER Conference available through our online Conference Passport.
The Conference Passport includes session handouts; links to the program, attendee list, and faculty list; keynote, plenary, and panelist biographies; venue information; educational materials; and information about PRIM&R. After the conference, audiovisual components for select presentations will be added to the Conference Passport.
Your individual passport access key was emailed to you on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, and is also on the back of your conference name badge. If you are unable to locate it, please call the PRIM&R office at 617.423.4112, ext. 126.
To log in and get started:
- Open your Internet browser.
- Go to the Passport System.
- Enter your access key.
- Select “Login."
- "Launch" next to the 2012 Advancing Ethical Research Conference image.
To access materials:
- Navigate to “Program Content” in the left-hand menu, and use one of the available search options to locate a specific session.
- If materials are available for that session, a button will be visible for each resource.* Click on the appropriate button to access the corresponding resource.
- Download the materials to your computer for personal use.
Please check the Conference Passport periodically, as additional materials will be posted as they are received.* You may print materials for any and all of the sessions that interest you.
Please note: When you enter the PRIM&R Conference Passport, you will see a “stamp” representing each PRIM&R conference for which content is available. At this time, only content from conferences held in 2011 and 2012 is available. If you attended any of our other conferences in 2011 and 2012, you will be able to access the materials for these conferences immediately. If you did not attend, but would like to access the content and resources from these conferences, simply select the stamp to purchase material.
