  • About the Conference

For 40 years, PRIM&R has provided educational programs where professionals gather to examine, discuss, and debate issues affecting the world of research ethics and oversight.

The 2015 IACUC Conference brought together 600 professionals from public and private institutions, the federal government, industry, and academia.

An incomparable learning and networking opportunity, this dynamic conference covered topics relevant to all those involved in the fields of animal care and use and research ethics. Through three keynote addresses, four engaging and stimulating panels, and more than 60 highly practical breakout sessions, attendees gained important insights and fresh strategies to help with their day-to-day work within their animal care and use programs. Attendees also increased their knowledge and understanding of ethical requirements, learned best practices in the field, and sharpened their skills for dealing with both late-breaking and longstanding challenges around the conduct of ethical animal research.
