IRB Administrator 101 Agenda

IRB Administrator 101 is a one-and-a-half day program that provides a holistic look into the many functions and components of a human research protection program (HRPP). After attending this course, attendees will be able to: identify the primary responsibilities of IRB administrators and staff; implement strategies and policies for creating a culture of compliance and ethical responsibility; and discuss methods for ensuring administrators and staff support, improve, and strengthen their HRPP. This program is ideal for new administrators, those in need of a "refresher" course, and anyone interested in learning more about IRB operations.
