Available now: Virtual At Your Doorstep Programs
PRIM&R is pleased to announce that, in light of the current circumstances, we are now offering half-day AYD courses virtually. These programs will have the same high-quality educational content as the traditional, in-person courses, just in a new format.
The speaker will teach PRIM&R content using a virtual platform (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) that is provided and managed by the host institution. PRIM&R is happy to provide tips and guidance on using videoconferencing software to ensure the program goes smoothly.
Fill out the AYD Request Form or contact us if you are interested in hosting a virtual AYD program. We will make every effort to accommodate your institution’s needs.
How At Your Doorstep works:
- You choose the courses, the location (virutal programs available), and suggests dates that are most convenient for hosting the event.
- Based on the educational goals and needs of your audience, PRIM&R will choose expert faculty members to teach the program.
- PRIM&R staff and the selected faculty will work with your institutional liaison(s) to create an offering that is relevant to your needs.
Faculty
PRIM&R’s At Your Doorstep faculty members come from a wide range of backgrounds, and all have received high accolades in their fields. They are selected for a particular offering based on background, experience, proximity to the hosting institution, and availability.
Collaborating
Institutions are encouraged to collaborate locally to host an At Your Doorstep program. Offering this program in conjunction with other local institutions is a great way to defray costs, share educational benefits, and network with colleagues in your region.
